RNI has not received any mandatory issue of Newspapers/Periodical from Delhi NCR Region till now. ONLY Publishers from DELHI NCR Region should submit the issue of Newspapers/Periodicals at RNI HQ, DELHI.

           Note:- RNI does not have any authorized agent/indentor, nor authorizes/allows third party to import newsprint.             Latest Policy guidelines by M/O I&B (2016) for circulation Check/ Verification by RNI.

Notice for Publishers: From 1st June, 2016, All publishers are required to submit 'Keeper's Declaration/Press Licence' filed under section-4 of the PRB Act, 1867 and 'Press Agreement' duly signed by Publisher & Keeper of the Press for the registration of Newspapers. Formats are available under 'Proforma' caption on RNI Website.

Attention publishers      |      Public meeting timings: 12:00-13:00 hrs & 16:30-17:30 hrs during working days. However, in case of exigency, Owners/Publishers can meet PR, DPR & APR in RNI office any time during working hours for the redressal of their grievances.
