Grievance Redressal: Daily Meeting with the publishers
As part of addressing publisher's grievances, senior officials in RNI shall meet the publishers who come with complete details of their applications. For facilitating the same, an Enquiry Office has been set up in the ground floor of Soochna Bhawan.
Tokens for the meeting with Senior officials are issued in such cases only where the grievances/queries are unresolved at the Enquiry Office level. Tokens will be issued to 10 visitors per day on First-Come-First Served basis after a preliminary scrutiny of their cases.
